For a long time, I had the same concern since sneezing was the only source of arousal for me, so I was worried I wouldn't ever have any fulfilling sexual experiences. Regular, vanilla things are super arousing to me (if the person knows what they're doing that is  ). It took a long time for me to explore my body and figure out what feels nice but once i did I was so relieved. But sneezing (under the right circumstances) is like 10/10 uber arousal if that makes sense.  Thank god or else I wouldn't be able to date a non fetish a partner!

During my youth and middle age, fantasies (and realities) would sometimes include conventional stimuli (although quality sneezing, if available, was always my No1) However, as sex drive diminishes (which I'm afraid is inevitable), the tendency has been to rely more heavily on what works best ...at least that's been my experience.

Over the years, I've started to think of the fetish as a superpower sexually just given how reliable of a turn-on it is. I used to have the same worry. Sneezing is the only thing I masturbate to; it's just so special to me. But when it comes to sex, there's nothing more amazing than getting a girl off and seeing her reaction. I love the feeling of power it gives me. Not necessarily the only thing, but the biggest thing. I honestly don’t get that “twinge” in any other scenario.
