ZakuConvoy Posted August 13, 2019 Posted August 13, 2019 I just sent the staff a message through the "Contact Us" tab on top of the page, and I checked the box to have it send a copy of the message to my e-mail so that it was green. But, no copy was ever sent.

ZakuConvoy Posted August 13, 2019 Author Posted August 13, 2019 Yeah, I checked my spam folder. Nothing in there, either. I did a little digging, and this might be a known issue: This sounds a lot like what happened to me. Maybe it's the same thing?
Nas Posted August 14, 2019 Posted August 14, 2019 @ZakuConvoy, I don't know why that feature isn't working, but we'll look into it. Regardless, the staff has received your contact us. I'm pretty sure only the site owner @High on Lullabies would be able to remedy this.

With it not being an isolated incident, it would appear it is an issue with either the host or the software, which is something only the Owner, @High on Lullabies, is capable of looking into. Unfortunately, High on Lullabies is not around at the moment, and I'm not sure when he will be back to the forum, so I can't give you an answer on when this will be fixed. But like Cecilia said, there is nothing wrong with us receiving the Contact Us messages; there just doesn't seem to be a copy going to your mailbox.
