Allergies are getting worse

Hey everyone, I haven’t written anything for the longest time so just bear with me  

Alright so to put it simply my allergies are getting worse. I’ve always had a sensitive nose but not this sensitive.My allergies vary from having , BAD pollen and dust allergies and a mild cat allergy too. Now here’s where the issue starts, I went from being someone who sneezed around 3 times a day to sneezing and sniffling around 10-20 times a day into either a tissue or a hanky with my nose running and I have no idea why.

In fact I just had a sneezing fit which has become almost part of my daily routine when before I sleep, I’ll sneeze about 7 times?? And of course I can’t even sneeze in singles right, no I had to sneeze in continuous doubles for a solid ten minutes.

My sneezes are usually quite loud but these ones were different . So as I was reading I felt my nose start to itch and then the sneezing began with “Hee....he...HE-ETCHOO”  over and over with me just trying to muffle my sneezes and just going “HEHCHOO” and hitching with some coaxing by looking at the light going “He...hee..HEH-ETSHOO”. I must have sneezed about a good 7 times just now. But these sneezes were different from my usual loud wet sneezes of “HASHOO” these were just....smaller itchy sneezes🤧
