Video of a 2012 piano-voice rehearsal for Sondheim's Merrily We Roll Along in concert; the song is "Old Friends," and the others in the trio are Celia Keenan-Bolger and Colin Donnell.  Lin lightly coughs behind his hand, probably to clear phlegm from his throat, at 1:58 or so:

From the same production, there's a revue-style trio called "Bobbie and Jackie and Jack," where Colin and Lin's characters jokingly say "Gesundheit!" to Celia's character (it's the old trope where a character pronounces a name that sounds like a sneeze).  There's a CD recording of this with the above-mentioned cast, but it's not currently on YouTube.):
