When slang ends up having more than one meaning...

So I was googling slang terms for bras for a fic I was working on (a sneezefic, actually), and came upon a site where, among other things, one of the suggested pieces of slang was "Honker Hankies."

Given that I have definitely seen/heard a nose referred to as a "honker" before, all I could think was that there are situations where saying that would end up feeling  very redundant.

(No, I'm not going to use that slang in my fic; the setting's too old fashioned to make that one work.)
