This is gonna be a different post.

I really do like posting links for the community but I don't have any control over what people do with that access. Saving vids for personal use or having hidden links is fine, but I feel I'm a sort of a root cause for streamers to be upset at us. At least 3 twitch streamers I've posted on here view the community very negatively, only knowing about the forum because of weirdo messages on their live feed or public postings/comps on YouTube. They've gone on rants to say "the sneeze people" are creepy, unwelcome on their feed, ect. And some have big audiences! So that could mean suddenly hundreds are finding out about the fetish and at the same time being told how perverted and impolite those who have it are.

I know the ones that "out us" to the sneezer usually have no amount of decency/subtlety about it ("Can I pay you to sneeze on my face beautiful? 🤧😍") and don't represent everyone. One guy is basically reposting the links here on YouTube and asking for donations (I know you're reading this because every "high quality video" you have is a stream/streamer I've posted). Like, if I don't post another stream, that YT channel will have no more content to post and maybe one less streamer will receive unpleasant messages and possibly hundreds won't hates us. Idk.

Am I overreacting? Am I a hypocrite? Sorry this is long. Feel free to give your opinion.

This has been a huge problem from day one of this community on the Internet. There's a handful of imbeciles who can't control themselves, freak out fellow community members and draw very unwanted attention. The mods did a good job years ago cleaning out some of them here. But, like vermin, they're never completely eradicated.

On your posts ... it would be a huge loss for the community if you stop. But if you feel based on what you're seeing we're getting too much attention, perhaps you should for awhile. Go with your instinct. 

If you can identify who any of them are (this one in particular) perhaps pass along to the mods. While creeps can just create a new profile --validating, etc would be a temporary road block. Can't stop them stepping in 💩 but hopefully it would slow how much they bring into the house. 

Maybe another alternative is posting these links on the adult forum? Not everyone has access and it takes lots of time to get access again if you're banned. (Apologies to young members who've done no wrong, but get punished for morons)

The problem is these idiots never learn. Lowering the temperature is the best that can be done. If only there was a way to electrocute them through a computer ...

I think the goal would be to identify the individual and ban them. That ends their access to the Adult Board.

I don't think you're overreacting. I have avoided posting some of my finds specifically for this reason.

Given what has happened, it's probably best to avoid posting on a public thread like this. I have already seen a couple streamers take steps to avoid sneezing on camera. It would really suck if more streamers started doing this.

I like the suggestion of only posting in a restricted area on the forum. 

Of course, if someone is determined enough, they can still gain access. But it would add some barrier of entry. Probably worth it to at least try that for a while and see what happens.

I think this is a very serious subject and not an overreaction at all. We have a right to enjoy what people publically share, and to direct others who might enjoy it too. We don't have a right to harass people or repackage their content in ways they didn't intent. I don't know what you should do, but I think posting in the adult area is a great thing to try. It would at least give some limit to access.

Honestly, I would stop if you feel this way. You seem like an empathetic person, similar to myself, and I still beat myself up over some of the content I shared in the past and how it was exploited by others.

 

There's a certain streamer (who is still active) that I found sneezing footage of. Wanting to clip it for myself, I asked this forum for help and linked to their channel...which sadly later lead to them getting a lot of harassment from certain people in our community. It was bad enough that it still gets referenced on their streams and fills me with a great deal of shame as I did/do enjoy watching their content. This incident is also a big part of why I tend to just lurk in the community now rather than being more involved.

If that experience sounds like something that would seriously affect you then I'd just keep the content for yourself (or share it only with those you're more trustful of). You've probably already experienced the kind of greedy behavior some have, just asking for more links and generally being ungrateful for the effort you've put in. Those kind of people are the ones who'll be mad, those of us who have appreciated your time will certainly be disappointed, but will absolutely understand your position and not hold anything against you.

i’m rarely active in this forum but i also keep certain finds to myself because i don’t want the streamers i lurk to mute/cover their sneezes. i know this fetish is inherently creepy to most people that’s why i try not let anyone know about it especially to a streamer i’m trying to get clips from. i hope you don’t stop posting these links because i’ve found someone with great sneezes who stream regularly, thankfully they have a small community and don’t have a lot of comments.
