my age is out of date and i can't fix it

so it's not super important, but I can't seem to edit my profile, and my display age is out of date. It's not consequential because i made my account when I was 18, but it's been a couple years, and I'd actually like to take it off my public info altogether because I have stricter standards of internet privacy than I did at the time XD
