A few years ago, I started a thread of F care-taking in movie/TV shows because it's a pretty big kink of mine. Recently, I've discovered just how much of a gold mine Turkish shows are in regards to care-taking, so I went digging pretty deep. During my search, I came across a bunch of M care-taking as well, and I thought I'd make a new thread to share these with those who are more into male whump 😊

The subtitles are sometimes iffy, but you'll get the gist of it.

Dolunay Ep 6 & 7

An entire episode where a rich CEO catches the flu, refuses to admit it, and slowly descends into feverish, miserable territory. His housekeeper/cook ends up taking care of him and forcing him to rest.

 

Aşk Laftan Anlamaz Ep 16

Top shelf fake sneezes in this one! Fiancé catches a cold while on a date right after proposing, and girlfriend makes him some soup.

 

Kiralik Ask Ep 38

A guy catches a pretty bad cold and looks absolutely miserable. If you like guys who fully lean into a "man flu" and whine/look terrible/shuffle around under a blanket all day, you'll love this one.

THESE ARE SO CUTE???? AMAZING FINDS!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you so much for doing all this thorough hunting and sharing these awesome finds! That last one in particular is absolute GOLD. The actor really committed. Loved his fakes and he even went full out with the stuffy voice and everything. His coughing was really believable too. And the way he flirts with Yasemin at the end, omgh hahaha~

Honestly, after finding so many gems like these, and especially some of the sexy af forehead feels in the female ones, I feel like the entire country of Turkey has a care-taking fetish. And I am LOVING it 😂

Afili Ask Ep 10

This one is kind of amusing, but might not be everyone's cup of tea because the guy is basically faking being sick 😂 He's jealous because his "fake" wife has a hot teacher over and he wants her to pay attention to him instead I guess? (Don't ask, the "arranged fake marriage" is extremely popular in Turkish shows for some reason.) He's pretty good at faking sneezes though, especially the last two. But anyway, I thought I'd add it just for the laughs and the sneezes 😂

 

 

My Lovely Girl Ep 10-11

This one is from a Korean show. Basically, the guy is the CEO of a talent agency, and the girl is a song-writer who works for him. Basically, she gets sick with a cold/fever and kiss him, and he ends up catching it. No sneezing, but there's coughing, and also a super adorable scene where he looks miserable and she comes over to take care of him. For those interested, I'll be posting the first part of this "contagion" scenario with the girl being sick over on the female-centered care-taking thread.

Basically the girl he secretly loves is about to leave for Italy, and the stress of it made him catch a bad cold. The girl comes over to take care of him. His illness starts off not too bad, but later in the clip he gets a pretty bad fever with nightmares. If you love men reduced to tears from feverish, heavily sweaty nightmares, this is for you!

• Dolunay - Goodness, do I love a busy CEO who's sick and stubbornly won't admit defeat! Getting him to slow down and rest is no easy task, but his housekeeper is up to the challenge!
• Aşk Laftan Anlamaz - Like you said, great sneezes! 🤤 I like that he's a little sheepish about getting a cold but not making a huge deal about it. And how cute is the scene where he's dozing and cuddling his fiancee?
• My Lovely Girl - Gaaah, so cute! Great mix of "trying to maintain my authority as the boss when I'm sick" and "I feel awful, will the girl I like please take care of me?" Adorable!
