The design, the way you drew her long hairstyle, the way you show the intense need during the sneeze. The close up panel of just her nose itchy look is beautiful to me. The smaller lines around the nose are a great way of showing the urgency or need of a sneeze. I like how the details of her nose are shown with that close up view.
