Good Phone Obs (F)

On the phone the other day, making an appointment with a nice customer service rep. 

Sort of out of nowhere, she goes "sir, excuse me, I'm sorry...."

"Ha-Cheww! Ha-Cheww!...*possible stifle*...Ha-Cheww!" 

Then she comes back, giggling a bit, apologizing profusely. I bless her. She says thanks, says that she has allergies, and that she's been sneezing all day, and that "everyone's been sneezing all day around here." She also said that she tried to hold it back 😩

During the sneezes she either walked away from the phone or held it away from her, which is why I'm not sure if there was a stifle there. There was a pretty long pause between the 2nd and the 3rd audible sneeze, definitely possible that she held in 1 (or 2) during that time. 

Anyway -  appointment's on Tuesday, excited to possibly meet her in person...😏

I can remember a couple of occasions when I have heard a great obs over the phone which has left me wondering just what they looked like - looks like your going to get the chance to find out...
