bingochamp7
I had been wanting to try inducing for a while, but I never got around to it as I don’t live alone. Since it was late at night and my family members were asleep, I decided to try making myself sneeze with Q-tips. First, I slid the Q-tip into my right nostril to find the sneezy spot, which I was able to locate and subsequently stimulate. After stimulating the sneezy spot for about 5 minutes, my breath started hitching, but the Q-tip got too wet and the tickle started to die down, so I blew my nose with a paper towel. I tried to induce my right nostril 2 more times, but all I got was uneven breathing and a wet Q-tip, which resulted in more wet nose blows. I moved on to the left nostril and the first time I tried stimulating the sneezy spot, my breath hitched thrice, but the tickle died and I blew my nose yet again. The second time I stimulated the sneezy spot, my breath hitched, with each inhale taking in more air. My breath was at the mercy of the Q-tip until it built up to a sneeze…but it ended up being a half-sneeze thanks to my mental block. I did not realize that I was so incapable of letting sneezes out, but I am going to try to work up to inducing. Feeling unsatisfied and anxious that someone heard the half-sneeze, I blew my nose into the paper towel for the last time and went to bed. Edited August 3, 2021 by bingochamp7 Link to comment
