Sneeze in the interview

[Trynasneeze]

At the place I work I am the hiring manager so I spend a chunk of my time interviewing potential staff. 

Yesterday I was interviewing a lady, 30 years old, Indian. About five minutes in she sniffled a little, apologising:

"So sorry, the cold weather is making me sniff". 

She sniffled a couple more times and about two minutes later she stifled a sneeze into her cupped hands. 

She then reached into her bag and grabbed out a crumpled tissue, which she held for the rest of the interview, using it intermittently to wipe her nose to avoid more sniffing.

I've held my hanky in my hand after a sneeze because the cold weather also makes my nose run. I often have it by my side when I'm driving
