Self-obs Inducing with grass

A little while ago I was sitting in my backyard with my dog while my family was inside. I’ve been congested and itchy for a while without much relief, and no one was around, so I decided to try to induce with grass. I plucked a long blade of grass from where I was sitting, and was able to coax out a single sneeze much more easily than I usually can with the tissue method. It was strong but not messy, and I was tempted to go for more, but didn’t want to overdo it and irritate my nose further. I look forward to trying again next time I’m outside with no one in the immediate vicinity.
