Sneezing so much right now

Some of you may have read my recent obs describing how I was coming down with a cold that I caught from my fiance. 

Today and yesterday I have been sneezing so much I thought it deserved a separate post. 

Yesterday when I woke up I had a terrible blocked nose, but it was only runny after sneezing and a good nose blow would sort it out. But I was sneezing a lot, as in every 15-20 minutes I would say. 

Sometime in the afternoon and all throughout the evening it all got a lot heavier. I started sneezing every ten minutes I swear and they were all sudden uncontrollable double sneezes:

"HeeehhSHOO!! EHSHOO!!" or something like that. 

Anyway by that time my nose had gotten consistently runny so I ended up in this loop of:

Sneeze then lazily sniffle at it for a few minutes while I carried on what I was doing, then get annoyed of how runny it was, go grab some toilet paper and blow it. Then a few minutes later would sneeze again and it would start again. 

Luckily I think all the sneezing tired me out, as (after a couple of sprays of decongestant) I was able to fall asleep quickly last night. 

Today so far, I'm still congested, sneezing a little less but still quite frequently: big wet double sneezes that literally come out of nowhere, and my nose is dripping like a leaky tap. 

I hate sniffling, so I was getting up to go blow my nose like every five minutes, which seemed to annoy my fiance a bit, and I got a cheeky/sassy: "if you used a hanky like me you wouldn't have to get up so much". 

I do have a couple of bandanas so I'm now sitting with a bandana close by to catch my wet sneezes and keep wiping my nose on, although I am still shooting to the bathroom for some toilet paper every now and then when I need a proper blow

Yeah she blesses me all the time. But I'm certainly not someone who wants taking care of besides that.

Im much less sneezy today but my nose is still so runny. I've been working from home today and had a roll of toilet paper beside me. I'm pretty much tearing off some to blow my nose every two minutes. And as much as I hate sniffling I'm having to do a lot of that as well.

Thank you, seems to be clearing up today. 

Still a bit stuffy but only needing to blow my nose every half an hour or so

You've had that cold for quite a while, hope you're well. I'd also love to catch that cold, it looks like I'd enjoy it a lot.

Thanks for describing your blowing behaviour. I like the imagination that you sat at your desk at home and had he urge to blow your nose so often, especially because you

don´t like to sniffle, even not alone (?) at home. Hope you feel better meanwhile.
