I'm sure this has been done at some point previously but I was unable (and admittedly a bit lazy) to find a similar game topic so... 

Let me explain through an example;

Person 1 writes something along the lines of:

"Tickling tpbm's (the person below me) nostrils with a feather."

Person 2 responds with a sneeze and a new cause of sneeze for the next person:

"hhetchih

Opening a jar of birch pollen for tpbm" 

So with no further achoo; (okay, cheap pun but I had to) 

Inserting a Q-tip into tpbm's nostril

spraying perfume that tpbm is highly allergic to
