Is any superstitious about sneezes?

Do any of you get superstitious about sneezes? For example, if someone I have a crush on sneezes in my presence, I interpret it as a good omen either generally or about my relationship with the person.

Like I have this childhood family friend who I was in love with for my whole adolescence and I always thought there was no chance he noticed me in a sexual way because he was much cooler than me (or so I thought at the time because I was/ am a shy kinda antisocial person). One summer when I was 18, I went to hang out with his sister at his house and he happened to be there in his room. His sister had to leave and I went to his room to say hi to him and wound up sticking around talking to him, and I sat on his bed while he cleaned. In almost a decade of knowing him, I had never seen him sneeze but while I was sitting on his bed that day, he sneezed a couple times and very shortly after, we ended up hooking up (which was initiated by him, not me)! Anyway, this is not the only time I've seen a crush sneeze for the first time and then actually had some luck with them soon after. 

Wondering if anyone else has developed a superstitious relationship with sneezes!
