Usual Daily Sneezes

I've always considered myself to be a fairly sneezy person, I sneeze about 4 or 5 times a day, would anyone consider this a lot for someone with no allergies? I'm currently at 4 so far today, getting off to an early start this morning when I felt my first sneeze coming after getting out the shower. Not too much of a buildup and I held it back slightly so as not to make too much noise, but I still let it come out with a bit of force to get some satisfaction from it 😂. The 2nd and 3rd was a double that happened in the toilet at work whilst I washed my hands, quite a strong tickle followed by a quick build up that I let out quite forcefully as I was on my own in there, although I didn't let rip like I would if I was home alone. I very quickly drew breath for the second sneeze straight after the first, I turned my head to the side and downwards to avoid spraying the mirror 😂. The 4th was later on in the afternoon at my desk. The tickling started and quickly grew before I sneezed into my elbow, held back a bit to not disturb the others in the office but still felt good.

I had a false start towards the end of the day, I felt a slight tickle that gradually grew but just wasn't quite strong enough to make me sneeze. I breathed in through my nose slightly to try and help it along and for a second it felt like it might just grow enough to make me sneeze but then it faded away 🙄. I'm sitting watching TV now before bed and I usually get a sneeze around this time of day, I'll see what happens.

No problem, I will certainly share more.

I tend to sneeze into my elbow when I'm around people as it means I can let the sneeze out quite forcefully, but it's not too loud as it gets muffled.
