Snotty snot

So I was in class, and the entire day, people were getting up to grab tissues to blow their messy noses. First, one of my male classmates, L, got up and grabbed a tissue. He's pretty tall and lanky. He put the tissue to his nose and gurgled softly into it, threw it away, and went back to his seat. Then my boyfriend A got up, grabbed a few tissues and loudly honked and gurgled into the tissues, soaking them. On and off all day, the two would gurgle and/or honk into tissue after tissue. Blow after blow after blow.

Goodness, sounds like their noses were both giving them trouble! Wonder what set them off?

Sounds like your boyfriend is the stronger nose-blower of the two. Is it usual for him to have a honking blow like that?
