Best Friend Sneeze Observation

So my best friend of three years,(he's male, kinda tall, shaggy-ish brown hair, very sweet and kind loving heart) is very shy. He's more of an introvert than I am, and thats saying something. Anyway, although we have been best friends for three years, I have hardly ever seen/hear him sneeze. He's not a sneezy person and if he does sneeze its a really good stifle. I mean he's told me he doesn't like to sneeze in public, and I completely understand that, me also having the same problem. Then a few days back, he sneezed without stifling. Not going to lie, it did shock me. And I've always wondered what his real sneeze sounds like when it's not stifled, and it did not disappoint. It's kind of powerful, but at the same not messy, and sort of a polite sneeze? He twisted away from me, when it happened, and that always does something for me, for some odd reason. I'm not quite sure how else to explain it, but I really liked it, and i've been attracted to people's sneezes before, but oh boy this was something else. And you know it's unusual for him to sneeze like that anyway, and so that makes me wonder, have we finally reached a place in our friendship where he's comfortable sneezing like that in front of me, (which would be great, cause then I would hopefully hear more sneezes) OR the sneeze was just to big for him to stifle and came on too suddenly. I don't know which idea I like better......I'm just going to say it was both 😁

His sneeze sounds amazing. I'm happy you were able to see a let out sneeze from him and I hope you hear more let out sneezes from him.

Now i'm just here wondering how he's gonna sneeze around you next time! Also, I totally understand the part where you said that him turning away from you made you feel some type of way because I feel exactly the same, when someone does that I feel a bit giddy with excitement? I wouldn't know how to describe it better ahah

@bingochamp7 You have no idea how shocked I was, when someone sneezed and I turned and the guy who sneezed was the guy who never sneezes in public 😅

@Should I bless Now I've had a glimpse of his real sneeze, I really really want to hear/see more. I've not really been that interested in his sneezes before this, living with the fact that he always stifles, but now i'm on a whole new page!

@lacrima I'm so glad its not just me that feels something when someone twists away while sneezing. Idk I've always seen it as their way of protecting us, and I just find it kind of hot. 😅 can't really explain why 🤷‍♀️

Ok so its been about a week now, and I have yet to see or hear another sneeze from my friend. I didn't really expect to though, (him not being sneezy in the first place) BUT what I do know is that he gets allergies, and allergy season is nearing, so IF he is now more comfortable around me to not hold back his sneezes, then, fingers crossed, I'll see some more very soon! 

there was this moment though during the week, when we were at Starbucks chilling, I was eating a mint, and sort of swallowed wrong, and I really didn't want to have a coughing fit in public so I tried to hold it back, (too little success) but later my friend told me he thought I was going to sneeze and was getting ready to bless me. Thought it was really cute, and I got that jiggly feeling of excitement. I also felt, I guess honored, that he wanted to bless me and was waiting for the right moment. Anyway, nothing else happened this week, hoping something will happen next time I see him!
