Quick self-obvs

For context, I’m mostly a taste sneezer- I get sneezy with things I taste. The top two would be chocolate (especially dark) and mint. Today I ate a chocolate mint candy and it was delicious but I couldn’t even try to hold back the almost instant and intense tickle in my nose. I released a fit of around 3 or 4 larger wet-ish sneezes. Luckily I was only around family so I could just go for it. I don’t really read about this sort of cause a lot so I thought somebody might be interested.

Me ! I'm always interested in reading this kind of story, thank you for sharing. I always wondered how chocolate could cause sneezing. Personally, I sneeze when I add mustard to a meal or make a pepper sauce, but those are spices. Chocolate is generally much sweeter. I'll think about trying to get myself some dark chocolates next time.

That's very interesting, I've heard chocolate can make people sneeze but I've never heard of any instance of it actually happening
