Jenny and Alice (continued)

[Trynasneeze]

Jenny lazed back in the seat of her sister's car, she was wearing black denim short shorts, a grey sweater and white sneakers. Her dark hair hung messily around her face, and her mouth currently was wide open. 

She was still a little out of it after having had her wisdom teeth pulled, little bits of gauze still sat in her mouth where the teeth had been. 

Snrrff snrrff, her older sister Alice sniffled. Alice had almost identical dark brown hair to her sister, long, slightly wavey. A pale pink vneck t-shirt tucked into a blue-green floral skirt that finished just above her knees was what she was wearing. She also wore a pair of white sneakers, although hers were not scuffed up like her sister's. 

In her hand, Alice clutched a small, damp, purple hanky. She pressed it to her pink nostrils as she drove, dabbing at her her runny nose. She'd come down with a cold a day or so ago and right now it was very nasal. 

Snrrfff, Alice sniffled again. She could feel a sneeze brewing, but was trying to put it off until they were home. Her sneezes were big and messy right now, and her handkerchief was already well-used. 

"IIIHHSHOO!!" sneezed Jenny suddenly, spraying the whole car with her open mouthed sneeze spray. 

Jenny was probably catching it too, thought Alice. She'd sneezed twice on the dentist while her teeth were being pulled. But who knows, maybe that was some reflex thing..

The girls' car pulled up in their driveway and they got out. Jenny was starting to be a little less loopy but Alice still helped her inside and sat her down on the couch. 

Snrrff snrrff, now that she was safely home, Alice stopped holding back the sneeze. 

"EEHHHSHOO!!" she sneezed into her damp hanky. 

But that wasn't all. Her nose was runny and she needed to blow it, but first another messy sneeze was welling up inside her. 

"EEHHHSHOO!! EHSHOO!!" she sneezed again. 

Alice dropped her sodden hanky on the coffee table and quickly grabbed a tissue from the box on the other side of the living room. 

She folded the tissue over and put it to her nose, "EEHHHH- SHOOO!!" she sneezed one more time, spraying the mess from her sinuses into the soft aloe paper. 

She grabbed another tissue and blew her nose wetly. 

"IIIISHOOO!!" sneezed her dazed sister on the couch, spraying the room.

"Hahaha bless me", she chuckled to herself and sniffed.

6 people in total lived in that house. Alice and Jenny of course, their two brothers, Mark and Rob - Mark was the oldest of the four siblings, Rob was younger than Alice but older than Jenny. Although all four of them were in their 20s they all still lived at home. 

Holly lived there as well, Mark's girlfriend, and finally their mother, Maria, who had been their solo parent for the last 12 years since their dad had died. 

Holly was the first to get home that afternoon. She was a blonde girl in her mid 20s, in very good shape. She was wearing her dark gray real estate blazer over a light pink blouse and dark gray pencil skirt, with some tidy black heels. 

Jenny had taken some painkillers and gone to nap for a bit. Alice sat on the couch using her laptop. She held in her hand a folded tissue, she was trying to hold back a sneeze - her nose was such a mess and she'd already had to blow it several times since getting home. 

Snf snf, Holly sniffed lightly at her own nose. Holly was allergic to almost every thing that could make someone sneeze and her allergies had been playing up a little today. She basically had year round seasonal allergies such that she always sounded a little congested, and if she went more than a few hours without taking an allergy pill, she would start to get sneezy and develop watery eyes and a sniffly nose. She was very embarrassed of her allergies however and would stifle all her sneezes as much as she could, try not to sniffle, never blow her nose around people. 

"Hey Alice, snf", Holly said a little more nasally than usual. 

"Hh-hey", Alice replied, her voice quavering as she tried to hold the sneeze off. 

"Are you all good?" Asked Holly, noticing the quaver in her voice. 

Alice couldn't hold it any longer. 

"EEHHHSHOO!!" she sneezed into her tissue. "Got a bit of a cold", she said while pinching her nose in the soft paper. 

"EEHHHSHOOO!!!" she sneezed again, just as uncontrollably as the first. SNRRFF. 

"Oh bless you sweetie, here", Holly grabbed her a new tissue from the box nearby and passed it over. 

"SNRRFF, thagks", Alice said. She doubled up her tissues and gave her nose a big, wet blow. 

Holly could feel her own tickle coming, hers from allergens rather than a head cold. "That's okay, you get better soon", she said to Alice. 

Holly hastily left the room. Once in the hall, she pinched her nostrils tightly and released the sneeze. 

"Hgnkh! Hgnkh! Hgnkh! Hikhh! Hgnkh!" she stifled as silently as she could. 

She pinched her nose again between thumb and forefinger and sniffled.

The rest of the family arrived home as the evening progressed. 

"You don't look so well", Alice's mum said as she passed her sniffly daughter. 

Alice still sat on the couch, now with a baggy green woollen sweater on and a small blanket covering her legs. 

"EEEHHHSHOOO!!" Alice sneezed into a tissue. Snrrff. "EEEHHHSHOOO!!!" 

"Bless you darling", her mum said. She disappeared briefly into the kitchen. 

Alice snatched up one of the few partially used tissues that lay beside her on the couch. She blew her nose wetly. Her nose was obnoxiously runny tonight. Snrrff snrrff. She sniffled again after her tissue was soaked through. 

Alice's mum reappeared with a cup of tea, snatching up the box of tissues, and placed both on the coffee table beside her sick daughter. 

"Rest up love. Looks like that colds set in for a while". 

"Thagks mbub", Alice replied, wiping her wet nose again with a crumpled tissue. 

[Trynasneeze]

"Hey babe", Mark greeted his girlfriend as he got home. 

"Hi", she replied, sniffling at a stuffy nose. Snrff. 

"You okay?" He asked as he pulled of his jacket and tie. 

Holly had let her hair down and was now in a pink crew sweater and some yoga pants. 

"Just mby allergies playigg up", she replied, pinching her nose as she sniffed at it again. Mark was the only person who was allowed to see her being nasally if she could help it. "I've taked andother allergy med but it has'dt kicked ind yet". 

"Aww babe, sorry your allergies make you suffer so much", Mark said. He pulled off his shirt and pants as he continued getting changed. 

"I'mb used to it ndow I guess", Holly sighed. 

Mark stood there for a second, wearing only a pair of dark briefs. He was 5'10", short dark hair, clean shaven and in fairly athletic shape. He gave his girlfriend a hug before throwing on a pair of shorts and a tshirt. 

"I'm gonna head out for a run", he told her. "Before it gets dark".  

"Okay baby", she replied. 

Just as he shut the door, Holly pinched her nose as another allergic tickle shot up the back of her sinuses. 

"Hgnkh! Hgnkh! Hgnkh! Hikhh! Hgnkh!", she stifled. Snrf snrf snrf, she sniffled, rubbing her itchy nostrils with her hand. 

Hopefully that damn allergy pill would kick in soon.

Jenny woke up from her nap. She still felt a bit drained and disoriented but not as out of it as she had been. 

The edges of her mouth where her teeth had been were quite sore despite the painkillers and her throat was kinda scratchy. 

Snrf. She sniffed at her nose. At this stage Jenny had no recollection of her big sneezes all afternoon so she had no idea a cold was coming on. 

"Man I'm hungry", she said to herself. 

Jenny climbed out of bed, she was wearing only her t-shirt and panties, both black. She pulled on her sweater and denim shorts and wandered downstairs. 

As she descended the stairs a sudden sneeze snuck up on her,

"IIIISHOO!!" she sneezed, completely uncovered as per normal. 

Wierd, she thought. She didn't normally get allergies. Snrrff. 

"How're you feeling?" Asked Maria, her mother, as she opened the door to the living room. 

"I'm okay", replied Jenny. "Just feel really drained and kinda hungry". 

"I'll make you some soup", her mum replied. 

Her sister Alice, whom Jenny remembered being a bit sniffly and sneezy this morning now looked like she had quite a cold. 

Alice's pink nostrils stood out against her slightly pale face and her dark hair. She sat on the couch in her blanket with a tissue clutched in one hand. A small pile of used ones littered around the box on the coffee table. 

Snrrff, she sniffled, lightly wiping her nostrils on her tissue as Jenny came and crashed down on the couch beside her. She threw an arm around her older sister. 

"Aw sis", said Jenny. "I just had 4 teeth pulled and I feel far better than you look". 

"Do't get too close", Alice sniffled. "You do't wadda catch this". Snrrff. 

"Snot, schmot", said Jenny. "So I catch a cold, not the worst thing in the world". 

Just then, Alice hastily stuck her nose into the tissue she was holding. 

"EEEHHHSHOO!!" she sneezed. Snrrfff, she kept her nose pinched in the soft paper and sniffled wetly. "EEEHHHSHOO!!" She sneezed again. 

"Gesundheit, snotty", Jenny teased. 

Alice wiped her nose, she looked like another sneeze was still coming. She buried her nose again in her now wet tissue. 

"EEEHHHSHOO!!" she sneezed wetly. "Ugh gross". 

Snrrfff, she sniffled as she lowered her crumpled damp tissue from her pink nostrils. 

"Mbove over", she said to Jenny. "I deed to blow by dose. It's wierd whed you're sittig od be". 

"Alright sicko", said Jenny. Then she grabbed one of her sisters used tissues and pushed it to Alice's nose. "What's so wierd, I've seen you looking way grosser". 

Alice swiped the used tissue out of her face and pushed her younger sister aside. "Alright dork, I'll leave you to snot it up", Jenny laughed and kissed Alice on the top of the head. 

Alice snatched a new tissue from the box and blew her nose wetly. 

"HIIIISHOOO!!" sneezed Jenny suddenly, overexaggerating the volume and making no effort to cover. 

"Look at that sis, you got me sick already", Jenny laughed. Snrf. She gave her nose a wet sniff and wandered off to eat her soup. 

[Trynasneeze]

"Where's Rob?" Maria asked her daughters. 

"He wedt out to dridk with his friedds", replied Alice. Snrrff. 

"Alright well I guess we better have dinner without him". 

Mark and Holly came and joined Maria, Alice and Jenny and they had dinner. Holly's allergy pill had kicked in now and her nose had stopped bothering her. 

Part way through dinner Jenny suddenly held up a finger, turned away slightly and sneezed uncovered, "HIIISHOO!!"

Snrff, she sniffed. She kept eating her soup. "Been kinda sneezy today", she said. 

"I hope you're not catching what Alice has", her mum said, concerned. "Looks like a nasty cold". 

Alice responded by blowing her nose wetly into a tissue. 

"It's dot a fud tibe", she replied. 

"Probably won't", Jenny replied. "I don't get sick much". 

Jenny's throat however was getting quite sore.

When dinner was over the whole family went into the living room to watch a movie. 

As she made her way back over to her sick corner, Alice grabbed a new tissue from the box on the coffee table. 

"EEEHHHSHOO!!" she sneezed explosively, covering her nose just in time. "EEEHHHSHOO!!" 

All her life she'd had big sneezes when she got sick and it was very annoying. 

"Bless you", her mum offered. 

"Thagks", Alice replied. A wet nose blow followed. 

Jenny was sitting on the couch with her mum, facing towards the others at a right angle. 

About half way through the movie, her breath hitched a little. "HIHH-IHHSHOO!!" she sneezed again, making no effort to cover as usual. 

Jenny was starting to feel a bit run down, but just assumed it was tiredness from her painkillers. Meanwhile, the cold germs she'd sneezed out uncovered sprayed the air of the living room.

Alice woke up the next morning at 7.45. Her head felt as though it was filled with cement. She hadn't been too congested yesterday but she definitely was now. 

SNRRK, she sniffled at her nose. She grabbed a tissue she'd left beside her bed and blew her nose. For the first five seconds she blew nothing much happened, then something inside her nose unblocked temporarily and a productive noseblow ensued, filling the tissue with nasal mess. 

She blew again, rendering the tissue completely unusable. Then she got out of bed and tossed it in the bin.

Alice had work today and she needed to get ready. Friday was her only day off work. Monday-Thursday she worked as a teller in a bank, and then on Saturday and Sunday she worked part time in a bookstore. Today was Saturday. 

After ten minutes in the shower, Alice returned to her bedroom. She was sniffling heavily, wrapped in a towel, a tissue in her hand. During her shower, Alice had sneezed four times, all large, all wetly, the steam had loosened a lot of her congestion. And Alice was not the kind of person to blow her hands, even in the shower. 

Her nose was practically dripping as she raised the tissue to it, and blew her nose very wetly, productively filling up her second tissue in less than an hour awake. 

She threw out the tissue, took off her towel and threw on some panties and a bra. She got dressed into a fairly short light blue plaid dress, then pulled on a slightly darker light blue cardigan. Knee high white socks and white sneakers completed the look. She wasn't really one for much make up and felt too tired to do anything too fancy with her hair. So she quickly plaited her long dark hair and popped in her contacts. She sniffled lightly at her nose as she looked in the mirror. At least she still looked kinda cute, sick or not. She grabbed two hankies out of her drawer, she stuck one in the sleeve of her cardigan and the other in her handbag, and then headed off.

После десяти минут в душе Элис вернулась в свою спальню. Она тяжело всхлипывала, завернувшись в полотенце, с салфеткой в руке. Во время душа Алиса чихнула четыре раза, все сильно, все влажно, пар сильно расслабил ее заложенность. А Элис была не из тех, кто дует себе в руки даже в душе. 

Когда она поднесла к нему салфетку, из ее носа практически капала вода, и она очень влажно высморкалась, продуктивно наполнив вторую салфетку менее чем за час бодрствования. 

Она выбросила салфетку, сняла полотенце и надела трусики и лифчик. Она облачилась в довольно короткое светло-голубое клетчатое платье, затем надела чуть более темный голубой кардиган. Завершили образ белые гольфы до колен и белые кроссовки. На самом деле она не любила много макияжа и чувствовала себя слишком уставшей, чтобы делать что-то слишком причудливое со своими волосами. Поэтому она быстро заплела свои длинные темные волосы и надела контактные линзы. Она слегка шмыгнула носом, глядя в зеркало. По крайней мере, она все еще выглядела милой, больной или нет. Она достала из ящика стола два носовых платка, сунула один в рукав кардигана, а другой в сумочку и ушла.

"HIIIIHHHHSHOO!!" sneezed Jenny loudly as she started to wake up. "Ahhw", she winced, feeling the pain where her teeth had been the day before. 

She felt kind of wrecked this morning. She was tired, her head was sore, her throat was sore. Jenny reached over and took one of her painkillers with a glass of water she had beside her bed. 

SNRRF, she sniffled at a nose that felt snottier than it usually did after a sneeze. 

She must be coming down with something. She didn't get colds a lot but her immune system must be weakened from trying to heal her tooth wounds.

Meanwhile, her sister Alice was at work. Since the moment she left home, Alice's nose had had a constant sniffle. Every second of the day it had been trying to run. She must have some nasty cold germs in there that her body kept trying to push out. 

As she loaded the shipment of books onto the right display shelves, Alice dabbed at her runny nose with a small white handkerchief she held. Her nose was uncomfortably runny only ten minutes after she'd last blown it, and Alice was trying to hold off a tickle that would no doubt trigger another large, wet, double sneeze. 

She put the last book only the shelf she was working on and, pinching her nose in the soft cotton of her hanky, she sniffled wetly, trying to control her nasal situation. 

Temporarily tucking the small floral hanky back into her cardigan sleeve, Alice pushed her trolley to another shelf to put out the new display. 

As she grabbed the first book, the tickle became much more powerful, "Hehhh- oh do", she said to herself, yanking the small cotton sneezeguard out of her sleeve. She dropped the book, clapping her hanky to her nose with both hands,

"EHHHHSHOO!! EHHHHHSHOO!!" she erupted, thankfully catching all the wet spray in her hanky. "EHHHHHSHOO!!!" 

Snrrfff, she sniffled, pinching her overflowing nostrils in the cloth. She headed quickly to behind the store counter, grabbing two tissues from the box and gave her nose a thorough, but wet noseblow.

SNRRK, Jenny snuffled at her runny nose. She wiped the back of her hand under it and climbed out of bed. 

She was feeling a little out of it today, low energy, kinda dizzy, her head hurt. 

She grabbed a black oversized men's t-shirt she had laying around and threw it on over her underwear that she had been sleeping in. 

SNRRK, she sniffled again. Damn, her throat was getting sore. That was annoying. Maybe she just really needed some juice or something. 

She left her room and headed down the stairs. A tickle was welling up in the back of her nose. Another sneeze, this was gonna hurt her damn tooth wounds again. 

As per her usual, Jenny made no attempt to cover her nose. And just as her mother came out the door of the living room at the base of the stairs Jenny sneezed,

"HIIIHHHHSHOO!!" 

blasting sneeze spray down the staircase and into the hall. 

"AHH", she winced. The force of the powerful sneeze her body had produced in a futile attempt to expel the cold germs it was fighting, had aggravated the lingering pain where her wisdom teeth had been as well hurting her already sore throat. 

SNRRK, sniffed Jenny at her nose, which now felt kinda snotty. 

"Bless you, hun", her mother said, apparently not noticing the volley of sneeze spray she'd walked into. "You rest up, sounds like you're coming down with something fluey".  

"SNRK, I'm finde", Jenny replied sounding a little stuffy. 

She headed into the living room to find her brother, Rob, who'd gone out drinking last night, napping on the couch wearing a tank top and boxers. A blanket that looked like it had been on top of him lay disheveled on the floor. 

"HIIIHHHSHOO!!" Jenny sneezed again suddenly. She winced again from the pain. 

SNRRFF, Jenny's nose was getting kinda runny now. She lifted up the collar of her big t-shirt and wiped her nose inside it, sniffling thickly. 

Then she wandered into the kitchen to pour some juice.
