Self-obs Allergies starting early

Usually my spring allergies don't start until mid spring, but lately (as in the past two weeks of writing this) my nose has just been so sensitive when I go outside. Just the other day I was hanging out with a group of friends, we all met up at this plaza/park thingy idk how to explain it but the area was really bothering my nose. Not even like 10 minutes of everyone arriving a couple of them started getting concerned that I was sniffling so much. It bothers me so much because I get so embarrassed when my allergies flare up around others. But enough of the rank back to the ob.

So the group decides that we should walk down to a cafe to get lunch together and at this point I felt like my nose wasn't as irritated but as we were sitting inside an itch builds up rapidly I let out three pretty wet sneezes "Ihh IHSHOOoo! HESHewww HERCHIEWWWW!". I caught them in a couple napkins and then excused myself to go to the bathroom and blew my nose in there. So yeah first observation I should probably keep it short.
