I think the best advice I could suggest to possibly help you not get so excited by sneezing is to try desensitizing yourself to sneezing. It kind of happened to me accidentally. It probably won't work with every sneeze you hear because sneezes sound different obviously but if you listen to the type of sneezes that specifically get you crazy over and over again (not all at once, spread it out) for a long enough period of time... Eventually if you're like me... What should happen is you'll get a bit desensitized to that type of sneezing.
