Needed to get it out (self)

Like a lot of you here recording your self-obs, I am not too much of a sneezy person. However today I had a little tickle in the back of my nose for a while, not totally sure what it was from. My best guess is that some spice got stuck up there in just the right spot when I was cooking this morning. Anyway, I recently saw something about inducing with a hair tie and it said longer and thinner was better so I found one from a pack I got that was actually overly long and thin for my hair, but perfect for my nose haha.

Sniffing a little, I grabbed one and carefully folded it, put one end in each nostril, and immediately felt a stronger tickle. Much better than the one I had all day, much more likely to make me sneeze, but still not- hihhh- quite enough. I waited for maybe a minute and still needed to sneeze so bad but all I had were allergic seeming tears running down my face, hevilly hitching breath, and one of the strongest itches in the back of my sinuses I had felt in my life. Honestly it felt sort of amazing. Finally I remembered that the
whole point of the hair tie is that you can rub underneath and it tickles both sides for you.

Just like that it was enough. I opened my mouth again and let out a powerful yet still somewhat contained HEptCHEEEEW followed for by a few seconds of ehh, heeeeh, hihhh and then before I relized it was happening again hehHEPCHO00000EWEYYyyy…….hihhh...….sniff.….ACHHEEEEIW.….... I wasn't done but
my roommate just came back from shopping. They have never heard me sneeze and I don't want to change that. I am forced into seven more series of hitches, heaves, sniffs and sneezes which now sound more like HEcheeeeeew or hurumph into a tissue. Crazy experience but all in all I had a pretty fun time. I recommend the hair tie technique if you want some strong sneezing.
