Demospaw
So I was bumming around on the Google Play store recently when I found a really weird app! It's called Sneeze-o-Rama. It's a game where you try to trick the A.I. as it tells if your sneeze was real or not! I played around for a little bit, but I found more! Once you get enough points, you can spin a wheel and listen to random users and their sneezes, with the option to start a chat with them! Did anyone else know about this or was this already talked about? Link to comment
Stormer235
Looked it up, haven't heard it before and don't think it's been talked about on here before. It's so specific that I honestly think that someone with the fetish made it. Seems pretty interesting though! Link to comment
Light
It’s on the iPhone App Store too. Honestly I’m not sure how I feel about it. Anyone here a computer genius who could weigh in and let us know if this is just a fun app or if it’s something we should be worried about trying to ID anyone who uses it. Maybe I’m overly cautious, but I am sure everyone here values their privacy. Link to comment
RB
Here’s the app’s privacy policy: https://snzadmin.azurewebsites.net/Public/PrivacyPolicy.html They say they don’t collect data but can’t promise that unknown third parties aren’t, which is a little scary. The developer is an Israeli based company. So it’s not a Chinese government situation, like Tik Tok was (or still is - I don’t know). Fair to say if you aren’t using a VPN it may be a good idea to skip if you have privacy concerns. Link to comment
Moose
Well after reading about it here I went and tried it out right away (using a VPN of course) and I am here to give you all my review/experience In my opinion it was definitely made by a fetishist, primary evidence being that it references the rolled up tissue inducing method and chhinkni, I mean come on, no one else knows what chhinkni is but is right? The premise is you record a sneeze either real or fake and the AI will try to determine if it was real. If it thinks it was real you get a point. You need 3 points and then you are able to listen to other peoples recordings. The recordings are 10 seconds long and usually have 1 sneeze in them. The AI seems like it could use some work though cause lots of recordings are just 10 seconds of static or background noise. i recorded 5 times, 2 real ones that it correctly identified, 1 fake one that it though was real, 1 real sneeze that it identified as fake, and 1 fake that it knew was fake. So if you see Moose on there those are the only recorded sneezes of me anywhere on the internet haha. Anyway I’m gonna delete it now because I can’t have anyone accidentally seeing that on my phone’s home screen. I might redownload it occasionally if anyone wants to message me there although I don’t think there’s an actual account system so once the app is deleted you probably don’t have access to that inbox anymore. cheers! webmeistro
This is definitely trippy. I might try it out. Link to comment
MikiSan
I've once downloaded it thinking it was a normal game but then it said "Would you like access to your microphone?" and I was like "Oh..." Link to comment
