Female on a Call (Self Obs)

I work in a call center, and so allergies and phone calls get kinda tricky. I was on a call when I felt the tickle that had been plaguing me all day finally start to build. 

"Excuse me, can you hold one moment." I asked the person on the other line. I mute my mic and let out two sneezes "Heeesheew, Eeshew!" 

I go to umute my mic and I hear a chuckle and a "bless you" from the other end of the phone...my mic hadn't been muted!! I tried to laugh it off and finished the call as quickly as I could. Definitely a little embarassing.
