Morning sneezing

Thought I'd share a self obs for you all 🙂. 

(Just to give you all the gist of my sneezing, I'm a complex sneezer. Every morning, or whenever I take a nap, I have sneezing fits. I would have days where I can't stop or I hardly sneeze at all. Generally, I usually let out one, but sometimes two. I also get sneezy when the weather changes suddenly. I don't know if I have allergies, but when I'm sick with a cold or the flu, I'm very sneezy.)

Anyways, to the obs. This morning, I got up around 6 am to get ready for work when I felt a tickle in my right nostril spreading to my left. I wiggled my nose trying to subdue it because I'm a very shy sneezer and my husband was present making breakfast for the both of us. But, the tickle got stronger, and before I knew it...

Ha...AH CHEWWW! HA CHEWWW! 

"Bless you," my husband said.

"Excuse me," I said nervously.

My nose was running, so I grabbed a tissue and blew my nose. Suddenly, I felt another tickle. 

Ha HACHEW! Hah CHEWWW! 

Dang. 

For the next hour, I couldn't stop. I sneezed like every 3 to 5 minutes it seemed and my husband would bless me and ask if I was ok. 

I was congested at this point. Soon as I got here to work, it stopped....or so I thought. 

As I clocked in and prepared the computer, out of nowhere, I sneezed 3 times. The 3rd was a surprise. 

Ha HACHEW! HACHEW! Ha... Ah....whew. *sniffle*. I still felt the tickle, but am I going to sneeze or not?? 

Ah...HACHEW!!! 

Wow...

I am also very shy when I have to sneeze in public. Usually, when I have to sneeze and there's someone in the next room, I have a hard time keeping them quiet. Although I have a mental block that prevents me from sneezing in public, the tickling is sometimes out of control and so intense that I am unable to sneeze softly. I sympathize, but it's always heartwarming when your husband cares about you, blessing you and asking you if you're okay.
