Fake sneeze from "LOL"

So, I was watching "LOL" (an Italian programme) with my father when a contestant did a fake sneeze for the sake of a joke she was doing.

Even though it was obviously fake, it was still pretty enjoyable and "realistic". 

If you can't speak Italian I can explain what the joke was: basically, 

she was doing an impression of Marina Abramovic, an artist known for her quirky performances, so this comedian makes fun of her by describing everything she does as a performance.

So she moved her hands in the air and said: "That was a performance", then she faked a sneeze and specified: "That was a draught", implying that the sneeze wasn't a performance, it was just caused by cold air.
