lilac-elixir Posted June 17, 2022 Share Posted June 17, 2022 i've been masturbating to relieve anxiety. long story short, i got addicted, milked out everything i liked on this site and jeopardised my academics. i never thought i'd end up in a situation like this because i actually like school and what i'm learning but i've been feeling anxious over so many things and caring too much about what people think of me. this was the only coping mechanism that brought me relief but it would make me fall asleep straight after and i wasted so much time. i've fallen behind in all my classes and i have 4 huge exams next week. i'm just trying to learn that i'll have to settle for the bare minimum. (and maybe kms idk i hate having to think about eventual family gatherings, everyone around me is doing wayyy better than me) i guess i'm just destined to learn everything the hard way.
