Different ways to blow your nose?

Sorry if this doesn't make sense. I've seen people blow their noses a different way. I've seen one nostril at a time or both. But the kink for me is when after they blow their nose, they use their index fingers and start picking their nose with their tissue. Does anyone have this feeling? Again, I apologize if this doesn't make sense.

Oooo yes I love when they pick with a tissue to make sure they really get all of the snot out just something about it!

Oooh yess I know what you mean. Sometimes I do this when I'm using my handkerchief too
