Poll Settings Changed

I've made a minor adjustment in the Poll settings, making it so that viewing the results before you vote in polls will no longer mean that you forfeit your right to vote in the poll. I don't know how this will effect older polls that you've already forfeited your vote, but from here on in you will now be able to see the results and still vote on all polls made from here on out unless Hypnos does not like that idea and changes it.
