When you blow your nose, do you:

1) Tend to blow forcefully, softly, or somewhere in between?

2) Shift from one nostril to the other (in a single blow)?

3) Wipe up very thoroughly afterwards?

4) Blow several times, or only once or twice?

1. Forcefully if I know it will clear. If it's clogged and I know it will not clear, then gently

2. Shift, but not usually in one blow

3. Yes

4. Usually only once or twice, unless I have a cold

1) Forcefully if it'll clear me out. If I'm stuffed up then softly..just enough I don't drip.

2) I will shift from one to the other. Sometimes in 1 blow sometimes in 2.

4) Usually once or twice will do it. When I have a bad cold (like lately) I blow several times.
