Organic, unbleached cotton; no wonder they look so dreadful. Couldn't they at least dye them with lovely cochineal crushed from the horrible bodies of organic beetles?It takes me back to the days when feminists had to dress entirely in brown wool...Anyway, fulling is terribly organic; you just have to use lots of urine....
