PetalsAndThorns Posted June 30, 2008 Share Posted June 30, 2008 If this is the wrong forum for this I'm sorry! ;;;T_TBasically this is kinda an observations like thing but there's no actual sneezing so I though it fit here better. The story is that I was outside with my mom to start harvesting some of the lettuce we were growing, she'd been telling me to do it for awhile but it kept slipping my mind. In addition to lettuce we'd been growing spinach and soy beans. As it turned out, I'd left it for too long and the spinach had already gone to seed. When my mom reached out and touched it gently I could actually see a cloud of pollen fly off it. This will probably not come as news to people who garden a lot or... well... probably a lot of people who already know this, but I'd never seen that before and it gave me some nice mental images so I just thought I'd post something about it and share it with you all.
