atchoum
Yesterday I was waiting in the uni printers, where there are a couple of photocopiers going all the time, while everyone else was busy looking for a mislaid print job, when I sneezed. OK, no big deal. But I realised that it was the third time in the week that I had sneezed in a photocopying room. And the two previous times were in two different but tiny rooms, with only room for a photocopying machine and a table. It’s something I had never noticed before, at least not in myself, but I think I remember reading about photocopiers being sneeze inducers? Anyone else experienced this? Link to comment
2NewGuy
It has never happened to me personally. It's caused by final two step of printing done by laser photocopiersthe dust from fusing ink to final print causes a particle dust to enter air. That is cause. Link to comment
Trillium
Sure, it's happened to me.I think the other poster is right about the small ink particles, and plus, photocopiers emit some sort of pollution (ozone? I DK what) which can be sneeze-inducing in the right kind of people. Link to comment
