Shay Posted November 21, 2008 Share Posted November 21, 2008 So every now and then in TV/Movies and sometimes in literature or fan fic I come across a scene where someone(usually a man) is crying. This is usually because they are overcome with happiness or some beautiful moment. Then when someone asks them if they are crying, they invariably blame it on allergies or hay fever.Now as much as I would love to imagine these characters suffering from allergies, it just drives me crazy because I know full well that they are not suffering from allergies in the scene in question and I will not get to see any sneezing.Am I alone on this, or does this drive anyone else nuts as well?
