It's an interactive game called Santa Sez. You type in a command and you'll get the video of this guy dressed up as Santa doing it. It's kind of weird, but you can make him do things like sneeze and blow his nose (on his beard... classy.). It's also very addicting and fun to get him to do other things, like levitate.
