Airport observations (M & F)

2 observations at airport yesterday.

First, a cute girl in her 20s took out a red bandanna from her backpack, unfolded it completely, blew a wet medium-loud blow. She did a series of blows for a minute, then neatly refolded the bandanna and stowed it away again. Later, she was standing in line with her boyfriend trying to reschedule a flight, and blew her nose again.

Another guy in line, late 30s/early 40s, sneezed loudly into a light-blue handkerchief that he had pulled from his back left pocket and unfolded a quarter of the way (I didn't see him take it out but heard the sneeze and turned to look). He kept holding the hanky in front of his face and in about 30 seconds, sneezed another powerful sneeze. Then he re-folded the handkerchief and put it away again in his pocket. I have a handkerchief exactly like this so it was sort of interesting.
