spotted during football match

Last night I was watching the football match STVV-Club Brugge on TV.

It was storming: pouring rain and cold wind blowing. The camera focussed on the shivering supporters every now and then.

And then it happened: the camera stopped on a male who was bringing up his big hankie (light orange/brownish) to his nose.

He blew it two-handed, then wiped it thoroughly, and the camera stayed on him all the time.

Even my hb was laughing: no fun to see your whole nose blow ceremony on TV !

I laughed with him, of course !

Nice observation. At an ice event in one of the previous Winter Olympics, I saw a guy in the audience take out his white handkerchief and give his nose a quick blow and return it.
