And to do that you have to PM a mod (right?), but when I try to do so I get an error message. Am I doing something wrong? ps sorry if this sounds stupid. Thanks in advance Link to comment

There actually is useful information in there No, new members cannot access the "hidden" areas of the site, nor do they have access to the PM functions or the Chat room. Why? Read Before Posting explains everything quite clearly So give the fantastic folks who went to all the trouble of putting it together (High on Lullabies, Vetinari and the rest of the staff) a nod and check it out!
