If it's just a chapter or two, just start the story and let people know that there won't be sneezing just yet, but that this information is still important to the story. There have been a few long stories on here that haven't had sneezing actually happen for a while. Link to comment

If it's actually going to be part of an on-topic story later on, there's no need to put it in the off-topic board or anything like that. Just make sure you include some kind of note saying that there isn't any sneezing yet, and you can go right ahead and post it in the Stories board.Good luck with your story! Link to comment
