I sniff back, for no reason really and begin to feel it. A small tickle in my right side. I try not to concentrate on it, but it's building, causing me to breathe slow. I'll coax it out, think of nothing else as the feeling gets stronger, flowing, burning, itching to both sides. My chest is heaving, my breath hitches, nostrils flaring as I inhale, relief in sight. The air blows out of me, goosebumps tingle, and I feel lightheaded, only for a moment. The tickle gone, I grin wondering when the next will come
