Half-Stifle method?

Ok, so this is my thing. I can fully stifle my sneezes. I don't really care for fully stifled and after I do it a couple times, I have to let it go and it gets really forceful and It's like, 'EEEE-TSOOO!' So let's just say I stink at it and I really want to know how to half-stifle. I like those more 'cause you can hear them. If anyone could tell me how I would really appreciate it. I really like it when they sound like 'ha-nxxgghh'. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

Well it kind of hurts when you try to half-stifle. Fully Stifling smetimes hurts other people, but I've never had a problem with it. However, sometimes half stifling just urts a bit

I can't half-stifle either. I can only either fully stifle silently, or fully stifle making a really awkward vocal noise.

Half stifles can be painful, i stifle quite a bit. If you keep your mouth closed, it works if it's a forceful sneeze - so that would probably work if you were having a fit because the first few would be completely stifled and the more powerful they got you'd end up with half stifles. Or, pinch your nose - that works too.
