Vetinari
Some people find travel sickness wrist bands help. Ginger is meant to help as well... and sometimes having something to eat before you get up out of bed. Personally I found it was much easier to eat bland food such as toast, and eat little and often because it was often having an empty stomach that triggered the nausea. And in case nothing helps, for most people, it is only temporary, and it passes by about the twelfth week so even if that seems a long way away, at least it doesn't last the whole way through.Anyway, nice of you to be helping her.
