If someone's husband or partner cheated on them/ left them for someone else what would some advice be?

This hasn't happened to me I'm not even in a relationship right now I was just wondering what some advice would be.

To take care of themselves and that it's okay to grieve for the relationship for as long or short as they felt like. Everyone experiences loss differently, you know.
