Happening to me too right now.

I've searched on the host's forum and it seems this is an error with the chat server and therefore I'm afraid there's very little I can do about it. It has occurred before and tends to be resolved pretty quickly, so hopefully that will be the case this time too. I'll keep an eye on it though and if it's still happening by the morning I'll report it. In the meantime, apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience!
