Change or Deletion Help

I can't type the RECAPTCHA security question correctly so that's why I'm posting. I want to change my name and read that it is limited but possible; I just can't find the button that would let me do this. So I want to delete my account...but I've looked around my settings and forums and still I'm lost on either task... Help would be much appreciated ' ^▼^

Changing your name is something you yourself can do only at reaching rank "Poster" or higher (see here: http://www.sneezefetishforum.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=51321 ). If there is an urgent reason you want your name changed, the forum administrators may be able to change it for you.

Unfortunately, it is not our policy to delete accounts.
