Why is my Member Title "Centurion"?

I believe this is automatically attributed to members who have over 100 posts.

High On Lullabies may be able to give a fuller/better answer, but in essence, I think you are right.

For example, your own title is "Centurion" but Super_Awko is now a "Proclaimer" having increased her post count to more than 200 since her original post above (see also the link above). I should stress that the titles themselves don't mean that much, but the link tells you what each membership level is capable of doing on the forum.

They're basically sub-catagories called 'Titles', as far as I can tell, and they're based on how many posts you've made. If you're a Full Member level (which is a level bestowed only by invitation and after an extended membership), VIP, Mod, or other special category you can change your title to a custom one (like Joal555's 'Pundit' and my 'Lady Dusty the 15th').

Really, they don't mean anything special. Just the board's way of sharing post-count levels.
