Guest onejayson04
you know how most people sneeze the typical ah-choo, or huh choo. the choo is the common sound. i just started a new job and this girl named Carrie. she has been sneezing alot, but its really unique and different, when she sneezes she goes.. Ha-chAAAA, huh-cHAAA, and yells out chaaa , as in HA! insetead of choo. I often feel like asking her but im to shy...anyone else ever witness this with anyone. Link to comment
haeeshoo
"Choo" is certainly not The One And Only Universal Sound of sneezing. In fact in Dutch comic books (or other Dutch books) a sneezerusually says: "Hatsjie", which transcribed in english wouldbe something like "Ha-chee", and many people here sneezesneezes ending/containing in "ee" sounds: "Ha-chee", "Ha-eesh","Ha-essh-shee", etc .I have observed on some occasions people producing sneezes that endin "a"-sounds as well. It never ceases to amaze me that people have such freedom in "choosing"/producing a sound they like and yet noone seems to find any of it worth noticing Except for us community members, who know better of course Link to comment
Sapphire
Oh yes, defintiely, my former roommate from Rome, Italy,(physical description: very sexy, model thin, long dirty blond hair, tanned), she never sneezed with a choo on the end. Hers was Ah-Cheee. I found it unusual. I wondered if it was something common in Italy or something specific to her. Link to comment
