New subforum of the Youth Board

There has been quite a bit of discussion about observations, stories and artwork involving those under 18. While the staff, at this point in time has not opted for a blanket ban, we have decided to create a subforum within the Youth Board where our younger members can share their contributions if they wish to.

It is not mandatory for our younger members to post there, they are still welcome to post their material on the public forum, but we aim to provide an alternative location for our members under the age of 18, where they feel safe and welcome to share their contributions in those creative areas.

The same rules and guidelines apply to this section as they do to the public Observations, Stories and Artwork sections. This means that stories with people under 13 will need to be submitted to the staff first. Clips and videos of those under 18 and observations about those under 13 are still strictly forbidden.
